Japan trip suggestions feb-mar 2024

Greetings. Looking forward for some travel tips for Japan for my honeymoon. if anyone has been from here. please share ways to make the most for the buck.

we are based in doha so trip for 2 (me and my spouse) from doha to haneda airport (tokyo) and kix (osaka) to doha from 28th feb to 11th march. 

my spouse works in qatar airways so we are saving 90% on air tickets of the same airways. 

planned itinerary: 

28th departure from doha 

check in tokyo stay till 3rd march

day trip to hakone/fuji on 2nd march from tokyo & back

3rd march capsule hotel solitary day 9H 

4th march check in kyoto till 6th 

5th march nara day trip from kyoto & back

7th march: ryokan with onsen stay solitary day

8th check in osaka 

day trip 10th march to hiroshima from osaka & back

11th march fly back to doha

ps: can add 1or 2 day trips if needed to kamakura etc.

we are paying about 30k inr for flights for 2 pax from doha to japan and back so huge savings.

total budget around 400k can extend if needed max 500k. but dont want to extend. the less the better.

i have already checked out klook onsens and made some bookings already for teamlabs and ryokans etc. 

have taken notes from friends and family in japan and looking for more tips and tricks as it is such a daunting task to plan for this particular place. 

not planning to buy JR pass after the recent price hike and also because we like to slow travel and we are not going back to any place for the 2nd time( ps: arrival in tokyo stay in kyoto back home from osaka) 

please comment here or in my dms if u want to help me plan better as no matter how much research i put in through,something new comes up with varied info. thanking you in advance. cheers. 

ps: i really need most help about the hotels etc. want to stay in a ryokan for a day and enjoy the onsen atleast once. ryokan with its own onsen is very expensive and mostly not tattoo friendly which is an issue. and maybe some help about the confusing railway lines as well. pfa the itinerary attached . that is all.
