Yes. But why would you?
The app is glitch, doesn't work at times. The app asks for unnecessary permissions etc.,
The bank account you link with the IT dept should be stable with least problems.
Prefer any one of,
Sbi, icici or hdfc.

Technically you can use any bank account.
