Item never dispatched, terrible customer service

This is one of the worst online shopping experiences that I have ever had.

I placed an order TOD100317138 on 23rd March.
The order has not been dispatched even on 31st March.
When I call the customer care, they say it will be dispatched within a couple of days.
When I wrote a mail to customer care, they replied saying it is already dispatched !!!
But they also give you a tracking number on Delhivery website.
How can they give tracking number before shipping ? The number is obviously not track-able on the Delhivery website.
They have no idea what is happening.
The website is very buggy too.

I am almost sure that I have lost my money on this website.

Please refrain from ordering on this website.
Even if you order, make sure you only order COD.
