i bought a product on 15th Feb’14, and it was under seller warranty for 3months.
the product got faulty after 59days, and on writing to shopclues customer care, they said it’s 90 days passed, thus you cannot get the replacements, so i gave my all account details to them by copy pasting their own web pages of my account, to prove that it’s only 59 days when i wrote to you about the faulty product, as that day was 68th day from the day i placed the order.
now am waiting for them to come up with some new excuse for not replacing the product.
will keep you all informed, so you too can come to know about them.
