Issue with utility bill payment made from Airtel Thanks App

On 8th December I paid the lpg cylinder bill from Airtel Thanks App using Axis Airtel credit card but transaction status is still payment in progress.
I tried to check transaction status on the bbps portal but got an error
Tried to raise issues on bbps support but nothing happened.
Contacted Airtel support even their grievance support but they are not helping saying that transaction ID doesn't belong to Airtel Payments Bank.
I don't have an active Airtel wallet or Airtel Payments Bank account.
What can I do now?

Finally received an automatic refund yesterday after 20 days. But realised one thing Airtel has one of the worst customer support . I tried everything but they refused to help mention that the transaction ID doesn't belong to the Airtel payments bank or I don't have an active wallet or Airtel payments bank account.

I am facing the same issue in recharging Paytm FastTag on AIrtel Thanks app. Saying "Bill Payment in Progress" after 2 days. Literally it should fail.
