Please assist, payment done for the credit card dated 29th September via Aeronpay but till today this is pending.
Dropped multiple reminders on email but only one time received their reply i.e. on 4th Sept (they are looking into this matter), post this no reply.
Any other way to escalate?

I too facing the same issue. Mailed them, raised complaint through NCH 20 days ago, no reply from NCH too..
