Issue in adding Amazon shopping voucher

I purchased asv worth rs.20k from one of the respected dimers..Full transaction was settled in dd chat only..I added gvs on the next day
All vouchers were added successfully except one..
For that voucher it showed error
" It seems this voucher is already added to another account. Please check again".
As per the dimer, he had generated the vouchers and shared with me instantly.
He also.had a chat with the customer care ..They said that gv has been added on the same day it was generated..
So what could be the possibile solution for this problem
I have dealt with that dimer quite a few times and never faced such issue and this time too ,I think he is not at the fault..But what could be done to.solve this issue.
Anyone who has faced the similar issue please advice
UPDATE- As per Amazon customer care a person named abhijeet dwibedy has added this voucher.
Neither me nor the seller has any idea who is this guy I am sharing his emailid..If anyone know him, please help me connecting with him.

Ask amazon about the account in which gv is added as person has purchasing proof so amazon will give the account details.otherwose from the source used amazon voucher must be generated.
