Is there even a single social worker who isn't corrupt in India ?
Has the morality of Indians gone so low that we can’t even find a single social worker (read it as politician) who isn’t corrupt ? All I read in news everyday is that one party alleges charges cases of corruption on the other and vice-versa and the game goes on… at the end of the day, we the people of India suffer !!!
Really is there even a single politician who isn’t corrupt ? Not meant to arouse a debate but just some suggestions so I can read a bit about the work of those few people to get inspired :|

does any one can name first kalapani person from Bengal
Dude Baapu never said he was a saint or a god. I don’t know about this story of him and gori maams and maybe he took it personally that he was insulted in the train. But after that he sacrificed everything and no one should ever forget that. He could have just ignored that and could have even moved to Europe USA for a posh life. But something changed him and he chose the life of struggle.
It is easy for us to say that we could have gone the violent way and we could have got freedom sooner. But such people might be living under a rock, because even in this age only cricket and pakistan reminds us that we are a nation for the most part. Even in this age of advancement, people still blindly follow their religious and political masters like sheeps.
Baapu had the foresight that such a struggle would be in few pockets and it will eventually die as everyone won’t support it (just like it happened in 1857). Sure there are theories of INC as a controlling institution by the British but in that situation anything was fine to stop mass blood shed. He wanted to protect the people as well as unite them (who always lived by themselves in their own small worlds). It was one brick at a time.
Please don’t ever talk cheap about him or other freedom fighters. Sure they might have had their weakness but they didn’t have to participate in some of the longest struggles. They had no assurances of a nice post waiting for them at the end of the struggles (like many of our politicians eg Delhi CM).
You are not asking the full question. You should also question if any of us really try to find out who the other candidates are who are fighting the elections. Is there anyone who is educated and is doing any real social work? Even if there is one do we really consider voting them? Have you ever asked your own family relatives and friends to vote for such people or inquire about such people. None of us do that because we either don’t care or we are blinded by various factors. Good people won’t come up to fight such elections because they know people like us won’t ever bother supporting them. We reap what we sow.
Bhai, I did vote for a highly educated person (IAS) whom I considered to be the least corrupt amongst them; he deemed to be fit in my definition of a social worker who would listen to his people and get things done !!! but alas I was so wrong… after his election as a MLA, I saw the rise and fall of that person… ideologies getting shattered; just saddened over this fact
that what is been sold to you over 100 years for now
take the scamgress lies
Indira was killed any body investigated Italian /Norway link no

Conspiracy theory has no place in logical mind. So, why don’t our beloved losers, aka current political leaders, do anything to improve situation. Such as providing immediate transport services to those labourers, who travelled by barefoot. They need chappals from those labourers on their appropriate places. 🤡

Humans themselves are corrupt creatures .
These were couple of quotes by a RTI activist who had come to our college during graduation.
In India there are only two types of people, those who have the chance to be corrupt and those that don’t have the chance.
In India you are only honest till you don’t get a chance to be corrupt (this was in a different context as to how one can reduce corruption by reducing face to face transactions using ICT)
PS- If someone didn’t get it, it only means given a chance most of them will be open to corruption.
In recent news, 6 accused in the Bulandshahr violence of 2018, which also resulted in killing of inspector Subodh Kumar Singh, were felicitated by Bulandshahr BJP president on 14th July and the main accused was made in-charge of overseeing the Prime Minister’s welfare scheme in the district.
Every single politician in India is corrupt. Does not matter whether they belong to Congress or BJP. One group is guided by a corrupt family, another group is guided by even more corrupt so called religious body from Nagpur.
But at least during Congress rule, some major national assets were created. Now those same national assets are getting sold off to select few private parties.
According to Kautilya, human nature poses corruption. It is human psyche. He said that as it is impossible not to taste the honey that finds at the trip of the tongue. So it is impossible for a government servant not to eat up at least a bit of the King’s revenue. The government servant employed by government can never locate corrupting. The level of corruption is steady and may be there could have been marginal fluctuations. In support he said that the servants are like fish in water. No one can tell that when fish drink water or how many water fish drink or whether drink or not-the rule is applied to the government servant also. No one can tell when the servants do corruption; up to what extent it is done-always are unanswerable questions. Both the examples; i.e. honey and fish are relevant today also. Kautilya’s these thoughts make it clear that corruption was existed in those days also. Because government property was king’s personal property also, it was limited. A corrupt was punished strictly so that there was a fear in the minds of corrupts. What is different that in those days corrupt was seen as a criminal and today corrupt is given a status, prestige in society. Corruption has become a fashion. There is no fright among corrupt is a precarious. He afterwards focused on the ways of corruption and its remedies. He had illustrated forty ways of corruption. To gist those, practices and acts that can be termed corrupt such as, causing loss of government, misuse of government property, misappropriation of revenue, falsification of documents, inequality in work, false budgeting, inequality in price, weight, numbering, and quality of the production, obstruction in lawful process, exploiting public, corrupting the officials, embezzlement, taking bribe, failure of expenditure under work, false measurement, allocating expenditure under wrong heads, cheating with weight7 etc. Today all these acts and ways are existed. After giving the ways of corruption, Kautilya has enlisted the reasons. According to Kautilya, the administrative officers are lusty of
wealth. Wine and woman are their attractions. The bad habit of wine and woman enforces for corrupt practices. Secondly he stressed on the payment of the public servants. Kautilya posed that public servants are paid less than their duties. This causes them to support for fraud. Kautilya suggested appointing an officer (Guptehera) to look after them but it was observed that they themselves were involved in the corrupt practices because they were also paid less. He suggested keeping these Guptehera directly under King. Another notable thing was a lot of difference in the payment in senior and junior officers that invited the juniors to be corrupt. These causes of corruption are existed in the present Indian administrative system also.

morality is western concept. India was never into it. Indians disowned their ancient wisdom and adopted western morality hence the problems
East, west, north, south……
Politicians means corruption
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Fuck no.
Oh come on… India has a population of 1.35 Billion people and we still can’t find a single politician who’s deeds speaks for himself ? This is just sad !!! I didn’t want to lose faith over humanity, but looks like this is it… A soldiers love for the nation and his martyrdom gets wasted over the these so called politicians
Question is wrongly framed.
You have to ask THE PEOPLE OF INDIA,
1.why do they sell their vote for money, caste, religion?
There are many good and honest persons interested in politics but there is no support from the majority of people.
When the electors themselves are corrupt, then how can we expect their elected leader to be perfect.
Rightly said, I second your thoughts !!!
Yes, we shamelessly sell our votes for money, caste, religion and what not… It’s high time that we the people of India look beyond these factors and chose the right candidate who focuses on the real issues
who divide society on cast it was shear brilliance of Nehru
who divided society a great work by looser VP singh just save PM seat
who discriminated btw citizen on name of religion Congress
who setup minority commission for discrimination congress
who is afraid of new bread of leadership congress
and they blame BJP
just for the sake of Nehru/indira MKG destroyed Bharat
the feudal load’s of congress they never allowed any one to groom n take leadership
an old story
from 1967 onward
they were wiped out from Tamil Nadu from 1967
and they are being wiped out from every state just keep there gorimaim happy
Manik Sarkar (Former Chief Minister of Tripura) is in my opinion one of the least corrupt politician of India…
btw so called mahtama MKG was enjoying gori mams for two decades before that Africa train issue
and many were in kalapani
does any one can name first kalapani person from Bengal
