If u have amount shortage, then use amazon wallet to bank transfer feature through amazon ICICI credit card, u will be charged 2.36% including gst but u will get 2% cashback... Apply this case only if u have money shortage... If u asking in general terms then no, u can apply via saving account only...

as per rules only "your bank account money" should be allowed for IPO, nothing else even hot cash deposit to another account is not allowed for IPO these days saying 3rd party

credit card is not your money so DEFINITELY NOT
