I have a S21FE but recently it was popular due to his green line issue, my phone didn't develop. The phone is starting to lag sometimes. I am getting an exchange value of Rs 13950(Flipkart). Further discount with cashback card.
I want to know is this the right time to buy S23 at 38k.

I will buy this month but the price is fluctuating, 40k before sale and 38k was the price yesterday. I don't know if there will be a further price reduction of S23.
Do you think this is the fair price for S23 having 8gen2 processor?
