do i need to use app or direct tap and pay works ? i did 20+ tap and pay of 300+ from icici amazon cc but they still show not eligible 😭

While I've successfully claimed the offer on three different cards, I too am facing the same issue with Amazon Pay ICICI CC. The card was still not eligible after 14 transactions, so I did 3 more and now waiting for the 15-day period to over before arriving at a conclusion and emailing them at [email protected]

Active only if you did > one tap and pay between April'23- March'24. Email support is useless they ask you read TnC.

Both app n direct payments are eligible. You are eligible for the offer if you haven't used your visa card for tap n pay payments during 1 april 2023 to 31 march 2024.
