Is NSDL account full KYC or limited KYC for 1 year only? And do we get virtual rupay platinum card or physical Rupay platinum debit card?
Does anybody faced any issue of a/c freezing or any requirement to visit bank branch?

you will get virtual rupay platinum card. I have been using this account for the last 4 years with no issues.

Full KYC but it requires Adhaar XML file for KYC, so some people had issues.

In jio payment bank they ask original pan card during vkyc. Then only we get their proper virtual debit card with cvv

I am unable to add money in my nsdl account since 4-5 months, contacted their customer care but no resolution provided, i cant use their rupay card as unable to add money in account, nor am i able to send money via upi (it says fraudulent activity)
Someone please help what to do
