Is MYTHANGLORYRetail flipkart's own seller ?

Hello there, 

I ordered a vega 3 in 1 styler from flipkart on 11th of october the product received was defective. We replaced it, and the 2nd time received parcel was also defective we requested them to return it. They didn't come to return it we called them they said your return policy has been cancelled. And we ordered some sort of home supplies from flipkart pay later they're continuously irritating us by saying pay the amount. I am not going to pay the amount unless my product is replaced or returned . It is a request to take some action .

This is the number I guess you would be getting if you have ordered from this seller and the catch is this is Ekart executive guy, Ekart is flipkarts child company and the seller as mentioned is also there only. So, as I have already faced the issue hope someone needful reads this and not do the same mistake as I did of ordering the smartphone from there.

Brought phone from this seller and after one week it's not working. Went to the Samsung authorised service centre and they're opend the phone and said that this phone is used one.. it's opened somewhere. It's a used phone. The reason they're saying as screw thread is broken. Don't buy product from this seller
