@ikha247 - I use Apollo 247 for health checkup and I'm pleased with their services. They collect samples on time and deliver reports on time. App helps to store all results at one place.
They process the samples at designated labs just like any other online/offline vendors so I don't think there will be any difference in the accuracy!

Rather compare the way they do the tests.
Compare the machines on which these tests are done.
In some reports, they do mention the methodology of testing.

Variances will ALWAYS be there.
Once for testing, gave simultaneously taken blood and urine samples to different branches of the same lab within the city and one sent to their main centre in a different city (hopefully they sent in a climate controlled casing).
all reading were slightly different.
i am talking of offline.
in on-line or in coupons/deals.. just as some restaurants 'look down' upon the customers are miserly..
..same way, often the labs might be less serious about the business coming via these portals (because they know that the customers are being drawn by the price/ discount motive or that the customers might be dumb/ less cautious).
