if adhaar and marksheets are ur personal files use digilocker (you can upload files manually)

Nothing on the internet is safe/private. Never trust anyone with your "personal" files.

Private files Important documents

Nothing is safe in this digital era. Google may store in their database and read those. In fact, I recently used a laptop, which sends all the files (copied a .docx file from my pen drive for editing purposes) to one drive when connected to the internet. I needed to ask the owner of the laptop to sign in to one drive and delete my document from there.

External hard drive is the most secure place to store documents as far as I know.

Google drive itself is not hackable but if your system or phone is vulnerable then no guarantee.
