is Delhi T3 airport lounge is considered international lounge by cards?

i think few domestic flight take from T3 terminal where it is also inernational lounge , so does that count towards international access or domestic?

International lounge means lounge outside India. Check the list of domestic lounges where your card is accepted.

if u r using indian Card , then all lounges in India comes under domestic category. if u visit outside of india then international category.
