is Ajio trustworthy for buying a high value kids AI robot?

Have to buy Miko 3 AI powered robot for my nephew as he has been asking for it since many months and my dad wants to give him this gift on his bday this month. I checked everywhere and cheapest I find is on Ajio at 16299 (after hdfc Bank cc discount of 500). My question is if Ajio is safe to buy such high priced toy? Are the returns smooth with them in case of any issue with the product?

Also is there any other way to get the product even cheaper on Ajio (like buying and paying through gvs)?

TIA for help

Do not know much about the last question you asked (in the end)
but yes, rewards are always there on specific payment methods

and Ajio gift cards too might be available for some discount.

As for the main query.
Although I do not have experience of using Ajio to order,
others close to me have had mixed (post purchase service/ CSD) experiences with 'fashion' category items. (Apparel, accessories).

Maybe this (imported electronics) is a different vertical altogether, with a different customer service experience.

In the U.S., 3-4 years back.. have seen the child of an acquaintance.. having a wholesome conversation with a different . . talkback robo toy.
It had good speech recognition.
Do not know which brand, but that 👶🏻child👧🏻 was herself quite matured.
She could thus use it as a fairly useful tool for learning or interacting..

Thanks, bro.. My nephew has seen and played with Miko in Hamleys store so I know he will be able to enjoy and interact well.. Just that it is an expensive toy and hence I am wondering if buying from Ajio is safe or not.. As in what if they send an unboxed or returned product? If I want to buy unboxed product then there is a seller Jaiman Toys selling it for 14999 quoting it as an unused item but I don't trust this seller as have never heard of them..

Buy from Hamleys after asking them if they accept Hamleys GVs, you can get a good discount if you can generate GVs after confirmation from outlet

How to get discount on hamleys gvs?

Though experiences vary, returns/refunds with any reliance platforms is risky. So keep an eye on amazon as it may be available for lesser price by End of Year or start of year or March end.

If you cannot wait, luck should favor you.

These are battery operated and life of battery often depends on manufacturing date as most reviews amazon point to this.

If i were you, i buy from store without second thought as i can verify mfg. date, condition and packing of toy
