Is 6-montha Disney Hotstar still available on Times Prime if the latter membership has been bought through Poshvine visa card offer?

Read somewhere Hotstar isn't available on Times Prime anymore if TP membership has been activated using the Poshvine visa offer. It's only available if TP membership is bought. Can someone confirm if it's true & what else benefits are missing?

Yeah,I queued my new membership plan a year ago from today that went active three months ago & it has Hotstar but what if I buy a new membership today to queue. Will that queued membership also include Hotstar?
