Dear Paytm Team,
On 25th of May 2018, I have made one transaction for 4000/- rupees from my paytm account, unfortunately, instead of 16 digits, I have typed 15 only… I missed the first number. I have confirmed from the Union Bank of India, Machilipatnam manager, they have not received the money. Regarding this issue I have already discussed with one of your customer care people, they have sent one form with the details, the same form I have filled and attached required documents, and sent to the same email
It has been almost 18 days over, I have not received any proper reply or refund for the same. Again and again, I have received the same form for all my emails.
But I have already submitted the form. Till now I have not received any information or refund.
I request you to please refund the same if possible or try to let me know the status for the same
