Irresponsible return policy

Please thoroughly go through the return policy before purchasing. There’s no option for the poor performance of the product or customer satisfaction . Pathetic experience. Bought a sennheiser CX 300s earphones. Delivered late. The performance of the product is very poor. There’s no bass or zero bass. In Amazon you got a very good return policy. I expected the same from Tata cliq but disappointed. So I recommend to go for other online choices like Amazon. Or thoroughly go through the return policy before the purchase.
