I booked waiting ticket on redbus but when its not confirmed,they took too much amount

book from irctc cancellation charge is ₹60+gst for waiting ticket + ₹10/₹20 + gst convenience fee that is non returnable but if u book from third party u'll not get back additional agent charge which is around ₹40 and other charges
