No dear, there's isn't any. I don't hv any business with metro tickets. It's one kind of hidden charges.
There is nothing for metro.. apart from flat cancellation charge they have started deducting Rs 10 calling it PG charge. For example: earlier for 3AC only Rs 180 was charged as penalty. But now they charge Rs.190.
Of course this is a kind of HIDDEN charge. For the sake of transperency customers must be clearly informed while booking or cancelling the ticket.

For cancellation of confirmed tickets less than 48 hours and upto 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the total fare paid by you subject fo minimum flat cancellation charge.
For cancellation of confirmed tickets less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train and upto 4 hours before the scheduled departure of the train, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the fare paid by you, subject to minimum flat cancellation charges for each class.
They have started asking if you want to book metro ticket after you have booked train tickets.you might have booked it by mistake.kindly check once
