unable to book a ticket as irctc says "your account has been suspended"
i dont see a valid reason for my account suspension.
didnt do anything weird, still this.
Anyone knows what to do now?
Update- called Cc, they didnt give reason, just asked me to drop an email. got the ticket raised, lets see now

Wait for a few hours and then try again it will work. If also not then contact cc.
Last month faced the same issue on app but it was auto resolved after few hours
Had faced this situation once, everybody on Quora etc.. says account won't be unlocked. Even irctc CS asked me to open a different account using a diff no.
Here's what I did to reopen:
- Mail to [email protected] . They will ask for address proof scans for verification. This is too slow, so just bear with them.
- Tweet and DM to: @ RailwaySeva . They will raise a ticket on RailMadad on your behalf.
If everything is genuine and no commercial usage found, they will open your account.
However I never knew why my account got blocked, no commercial usage was done, only tickets booked were of my family members. Only thing probably can be because I am quite fast at ticket booking, (no illegal means or addons used) book within the first minute. But IRCTC will never tell you the exact reason of blocking.
6 Months Ago Mine Was Blocked In Morning, Same Day Night Auto Unblocked.
The Reason What I Did Is :: Multiple
User Ids Logged In, Logout Again And Login In Same Browser At Same Time , And Searched For Different Trains All Classes For Availability Very Fast , Account Freezed

Reason :: Using Auto Filling Tools And After Payment, Getting Booking Confirmation In Less Than A Minute.
In the last few months, how many tickets did you book? If there is an excessive amount of booking activity on your account, IRCTC will assume that the account is being used as an agent account.
lest few months, per month 4 tickets.
i try to book from different devices using different accounts though
same thing happened with me years back .
Called, raised issue , no response. I moved on .
Just did a password reset after few months and account was active back again .IRCTC and their systems 😂
