Hi i have collected(my post tax salary) huge amount which is basicaly last 5 years earnings in my savings account.
Due to poor investment strategy (savings account) i have lost good returns in two ways.
I was doing this to buy a plot and build home for myself.
Currently realestate is too high and also gold.
If i postpone my house dream for a year or two.
Where should i consider investing the amount?

chalne waali chhadi (cane), carbonated drinks (jaise Coke).. inn sab ka badh raha hai!

if you want safety and mind peace go with FD laddering or half gold with half FD laddering
if you want huge returns WITH HIGH RISK go for Stock market (i.e direct stocks, equity MF and things)
Since you postpone dream for a year or two, since its 2 years only go with FD laddering as stock market will be unpredictable
