Please confirm which Telco gives free incoming SMS in International roaming without any ir pack / ir recharge.
Airtel or Jio or Vi or BSNL ??

BSNL international roaming doesn't work in USA as it has got arrangement with T-Mobile for 2G only and T-mobile have stopped 2G service. So no network is available if you have BSNL SIM.

Have personally used airtel, incoming sms work without any international pack.
