most of the rupay international platinum and select debit card gives access to international terminals… you dont need a credit card. open account with psu banks with 3000 amb and get rupay platinum debit card or maintain 20k+ in bank of baroda and get rupay select debit card first year free…has good lounge access.

He is talking about international lounge access within India, that is different thing. Even many cc with free international lounge access give it only abroad not within India.

ICICI, HDFC, IndusInd, IDFC AFAIK. It also varies by airport, so you'll have to check both your card and the airport.
