Dont accept any UPI transactions from fellow dimers. be it any one, irrespective of ranks.
Coz the bank accounts are getting blocked by Cybercrime (the person who sent u the money might deal in crypo P2P and without his notice fraud happens) and u have to run around the bank counters just to prove that the amount is not involved in fraud.
Cybercrime people are putting out a trail which may lead to placing lien on ur account.
just choose the alternate gift voucher instead of accepting payments through UPI. (one may think of different bank account. but the thing is it happens with all bank accounts linked to that person's PAN.
suggest using Amazon GV (which have close to 2% disc but still worth that discount for the risk)

goct / banks / authorities have to design more efficient filters for blocking and freeze.
But why aren't bank account holders informed of the reason for their accounts being blocked and how to get them unblocked? Banks don't do anything; they ask for an NOC from the police or cyber police to remove the lien.
@Lootster what is your basis on saying all accounts linked to the pan card will get blocked.
