Infinia | July-22 | Understanding Capping on gift voucher on Infinia card via smartbuy

I was able to purchase 5K worth of Amazon voucher from Gytr via smartbuy successfully. However, now when I try to purchase 2K of flipkart voucher, my transaction is failing. I get the error "MAF advised deny due to PayU rules"

Is there any max cap per month on buying gift cards? Or any combined capping on flipkar and amazon only? Any link where I can get full capping?
