Infibeam .. the worst shopping website

My order no.11916302 .

I’d ordered this product on 22nd Oct .
And I still haven’t received this product (8th Nov).

The courier company they are using (First Flight) is the poorest of all in services.I got no notifications about where is my product ,when its been shipped.

Also the courier number(F11261770) which I came to know later from Infibeam website isn’t correct.

Now They are neither telling me where my product is nor they are refunding my money.
Its better you go for some other website Flipkart,etc. even if they are costlier than this.
