I clicked on the given link and got the message that the upgraded card will be delivered soon, but I don't remember whether I saw the image showing the card is free on the upgrade page. Now confused if it will indeed be free or chargeable. The normal joining fee is hefty Rs 12999. What to do in this case ?

It shows an upgrade offer in offers section after clicking on link it ask for Pan card and all details just like I am applying for new card.. so I haven't upgraded..

I even got a call of upgrade to LTF pinnacle variant without joining fees. So I informed the lady to send her employee code for confirming with bank customer care. On calling the bank cust care they told it's a fraud as there is one time joining fees of 15k+ gst. On arguing that I even received whatsapp msg they informed whether the logo ending has blue colour tick it green tick trening it as fraud and asked to send screenshot to [email protected] for further scrutiny.

The link shared by OP told me that I am not eligible. However I just got a call from Acquisition Manager at IndusInd who offered Pinnacle LTF upgrade from LTF Legend. I didn't trust him but then he send me email from official @ indusind.com email address which mentions LTF Upgrade. He had all my details and just wanted me to reconfirm. Only condition he mentioned, I need to spend 500 within 15 days of receiving the card.

Hame to utility bill pay karna hai bas.. with legend cc.. and iski bill select dc se..0 balance select acc hqi based on legend cc.. ab pinnacle me kuchh extra dikh nahi raha.. getting calls almost daily for upgrade.. marked as spam.. itna acchha hota to pichhe nahi padega..

Revert mail from indusind bank they there is no such offer of 0 joining & 0 annual fees for pinnacle upgrade even after sending the screenshot showing 0 joining and 0 annual fees....they clicked authenticate their own offer???

They will offer vouchers worth 15K in exchange but most of those are offline vouchers so IMO not worth it.

Matlab ki apko priority pass ka membership mil jaega longe access chargeable hoga.
In other words.
Apko card pakra denge baaki lounge entry chargeable hoga
