Indusind debit cards - one more devaluation

This was the only reason for me to shop from bigbasket. Looks like Oct is the last month to shop from Bigbasket.

From Nov, it will be Flipkart mostly.

So it's debit cards following credit cards. 🥲

bruh moment ,now even debit card devalue 

Well I generally don't use it much for bb order but card is free and reward points value is not decreased so fine for me as I generally pay credit card bills from this card.

Now mass-closer of indusind select , exclusive & higher variants. 10% on BB is normal. 20% was quite good offer. Now no use of lndusind. 🤡

Indusind is already down to drain why bother 

Lounge access also reduced from 2 to 1.

for me it's a huge setback

On Visa Signature and Mastercard World cards on Exclusive/Select, Lounge access devalued from 2 per quarter to 1. Major devaluation on BigBasket discount (20% off upto Rs 500 per month -> 10% off upto Rs 150 per month) 🤡. BMS BOGO devalued from 3 per quarter to 2. For Visa Signature Exclusive, BMS Events/Theatre/Concerts discount removed (now only Movies). Only Pioneer and higher DCs now have BMS BOGO on Events as well.

On Visa Platinum on Exclusive/Select: Rewards program discontinued entirely and existing RPs devalued from 1 RP=0.35 to 0.15. Only BMS and lame BigBasket discount present. Visa Gold: Rewards program discontinued

20% cc discount was the best offer on BB and it’s gone now. A bad day.

IndusInd has carried on this offer for 2+ years , while axis gave up few months back. 
Grocery buying @ 35% off on special days will be something to remember for a long time.

I guess now tata neu infinity 20% off during month beginning will become the best option.

Indusind is focussing more on its new failed product indie they are trying hard to make it successful while it is already on the brink of going into dustbin, other banks are more focused on making lives of its customers easy but indusind is known to create problems for its customers,

Indie customers are restricted to use their app only banking no netbanking facility is provided only indusind knows the logic,

Mobile number update facility is completely stopped even mobile update through branch is not working 

Almost all premium debit cards trashed to dustbin by indusind but fees is still not reduced premier debit card is still available at 4100+ rupees with zero reward points facility only indusind knows the logic or thinks customers are fools

So for Grande and Pioneer accounts benefits are unchanged, saw some people mentioning opening Pioneer accounts with 10L initial funding and not maintaining balance requirements, account downgrading was not followed though. 

Are you guys bombarded with their spam calls asking you to upgrade to some premium account? I get them every day. Talk about desperation.
