Indusind Bank's systems suck

Applied Indusind Bank card through their website as NTB ON 20th June , vkyc done the same day. Physical verification done on 24th.
Today got a call from IndusInd asking ME if i had recieved the card or any message regarding dispatch/approval/shipping of card.
They said "they are unable to see an update about my application after vkyc" so they were asking ME about it. 🤡
And no it wasn't an agent or anything , it was an official employee calling from the Bank. Said she has raised a request and if I don't get an update by 2nd July , bank will follow up with me.

Worst bank I can also confirm.
In 3 years my cc limit increased from 50k to 60k only.
While have 2 cards with other bank having more than 1.25 lakh limit.
So yes indus sucks.
