Indusind Bank Pioneer Account Query

Initially opened Signature account. after few months when i requested for pioneer conversion , RM and branch said it can only be done by pioneer Branch as Grande is the best they can do,

So i wrote an email to pioneer team and regular customer care. I received an application form to fill up after 3-4 follow up. I filled it up and submitted , 3 weeks later they called me and said its a wrong form and pioneer team will send a different one. They did sent me in few weeks, i submitted it , but again for 2-3 weeks no update. 

I was maintaining 20L+ during this period, Eventally i got frustarted and wrote to Nodal officer that i am going to move all money if conversion is not possible.  This worked, i got upgraded to Pioneer in few days. so altogether aprox 3 months. But i am sure there must be a far easier way if you have right RM/BM.
