indigo staff rude behavior towards flyer

Indigo staff rude behavior towards the flyer become a normal routine . Indigo need to educate
manners and discipnle to the staff . I think the problem is with Indian policy . Here people care about themselves only .Otherwise Indigo will have seen some actions ,But nothing happen and Indigo is good to go again
