Indiaplaza.in always delays the product...

I detest Indiaplaza.in to the core.

Indiaplaza.in = Cheat, thugs & Awfully lethargic when it comes to shipping.

I agree. My order, placed on 27 March, is still having the same status “Ready To Ship” from day 1. Lets see when do they ship.

Today i got a call from them… they have shipped my product today… & I will receive it by friday…
Around 20 days taken for a bottle of shampoo… worst service ever faced… I hate Indiaplaza…

I placed an order with them on 2nd March. They now have “Promised” me a date to ship on the 15th of April. BTW I have not applied any coupon/discount code for this transaction & this is what they did about it.On ebay the transaction is lost/dead after 30 days & these guys take more than 45 days just to ship a product that I never caused delayments/problems while making their payments. So to stay in business they introduced the taggle vouchers of Rs.1200/- split equally into 12 installments valid for a month each. GUESS WHAT? TAGGLE REVIEWS FOR THAT PARTICULAR DEAL ARE FULL OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT INDIAPLAZA NOT ISSUING THE FOLLOWTHROUGH COUPONS. SO BEWARE IN THE FUTURE GUYS! They literally kill the excitement of having bought an item from them for a fairly good price by denying you the product under the pretext of being " Out of Stock" out of nowhere or take ages to ship the products.

Guys as promised Indiaplaza did call me up on 14th & told me that the product will be shipped by tomorrow. I received it some hours back!
So finally the wait is over. Phwew!

I am not sure but may i have been lucky with Indiaplaza as I have always got my product delivered fast, once I got one of the book in just 2 days.. It was rapid..

I placed an order with them on 1 May and am yet to receive it. They do not even respond over email. Any contact number for their customer service that I can call to?

But many times need to hold for long and matter is not sorted out in 1 phone call. They will tell you that they will check and will get back to you which they never will. In the past ( few months back ) I had to spend Rs.100 on phone calls to get my order of Rs.250 delivered which took approx 45 days.

Luckily my recent experience with them has not been bad. I got 2-3 orders delivered quickly. In normal circumstances wouldn’t have bought with them again. But purchased because I had some gift vouchers of the site.

I have tried contacting them through this medium. they do not even respond. My all the three cases that I logged are open and no one even cared to respond.

I am with most of you guys here about Indiaplaza’s delayed shipment. even my order was delayed in the past and I ended up cancelling it. But this time they surprised me by sending stuff the very next day of the order date. Also they sent me a book “Cricket Trivia” published in 2006. (I think this is useless book ),came in a separate package, so when I looked at the book first my thoughts were like Oh God these guys screwed it up, sent me a wrong book, but on looking at the packing Slip/Invoice it said Rs 0/- and my credit card is not charged, so it should be okay. But I am still not sure if this is a wrong shipment or what… I have sent an email to CS asking if this its a gift or wrong shipment, lets see what they have to say.Will keep you posted guys..

Also Their Customer Support via email/portal is fairly good ( takes about 24-36 hrs to respond :D)

I have logged a complaint at their face book site and I have recieved an instant response from their customer service stating that they will refund me ASAP.

My orders are mostly books from their site which are cheaper when compared to other sites. A ballpark figure for the delay is every fourth or fifth order but if you contact them via phone or facebook page they usually respond within 24-36 hrs. I ordered a pair of watches recently which they shipped as promised but the courier people bungled it. Overall if you need something in a definite timeframe it may not suit you but may work out for those who need items in their own leisurely measure.

Negative:
They dont care about open queries upto one month.
They are scared of our follow up thr. emails, so not provided any email id.
They disturb us many a time for confirmation of their record for delivery,
i.e.not for asking our satisfaction or feedback but for updating the delivery
based upon their data.

They never provide money back guarantee for 7-10 days shipment.
They are distributing false promises like cherries and fulfill them 50 %.

They never encourage us to return the product in case we are unsatisfied.
They arbitraly changed prices after issuing the gift coupons, so your whole calculation
for net cost chages.
They have added shipment charges @ 29/- lately after issuance of GV,thr. taggle and mydala.
so total cost is more.

Payment gateway is very bad, when u add product, earlier selected address changes,
So i have to very careful if am sending 2-3 different shipment on diff. addresses,
I am shocked to know, some ladies purse mirror meant for my sister
delivered my Male collegue, he is saying
Bhai iska courier kahan karun; i suppose indiaplaza. deserve the full onus of that.

they simply say, we will check the matter. probably 2020 tak vo sudhar jayenge. !

POSITIVE:

Books normally better priced compariing
landmarkonthenet, flipkart, infibeam, tradus,coinjoos etc.

but i compare each book and order only which are less priced. if the price diff. is marginally i trust infibeam.com

To top it all, IndiaPlaza.com has a very lame website. The look and feel is clutterd. They put so much on 1 page.

regarding indiapaza.com experience i am buying from them since this march my first purchase was holi pichkari costing 171 which i paid using voucher of 100 and remaining by credit card

but when i receive the stuff quality was very poor similar to the stuff sold road sides in Delhi even i got new one from the market for my children as the stuff purchased online broke on very first day itself

now regarding branded stuff i have three sets of vouchers for 100 each using every months for getting penteen shampoo of 200 ml and combination of book for around 50 rs

they have started to charge shipping of 29 from month of may

for my march and April order there were no shipping charges

regarding delay in delivery i face some issues due to packet was lost on the way

i was given a fresh packet for this

one more thing in one of my order i got 200ml shampoo instead of 400ml i booked a complaint for it i got one more bottle of 200ml so a gain of rs 34 for me here

so in all i can say that buy branded stuff online and be assure of quality in all i can give then 9 out of 10

It is a great website with genuine products. I am a platinum customer with them & I have had a great experience in all my orders
