Incorrect reward on gosats card.

Hi guys, I've gosats elite card and whenever I'm transacting using this card I'm getting 0.5% worth rewards but elite card is eligible for 1.5%.
How's it possible? any workaround or solution? I've dropped support msg and waiting for their revert but this is totally nonsense coz i bought this card in August and today i noticed this % valuation. :pensive::pensive:

Many mcc code fetch 0.5% rewards ... For example utility mcc comes under 0.5% rewards rate
