Incomplete Order received - No response after complaint

I had ordered a HP 110-216ix Desktop (i3 3240T/2 GB/500 GB/Ubuntu) from Snapdeal on 27th Sep 2014 through Order 2942217472. Snapdeal sent me a message that one or more items from my order is shipped in a package by Bluedart Road transport. I received this package on 4th October, but to my surprise it contained only the desktop CPU, keyboard & mouse. It DID NOT contain the LED Backlit Widescreen monitor mentioned in the product description at Snapdeal. Also the carton as well as the computer CPU was damaged. I lodged a complaint on the Snapdeal and attached the pictures of the damaged box, damaged CPU and the pictures of the webpage which had a description of what all was supposed to be in the package.
Snapdeal representative called me on 8th October and after collecting the information from me, she informed me that they would investigate the matter about the missing monitor.
However, there has not been any communication from Snapdeal since then. I have written emails to them but there has been no reply to my emails too. I have made 2 calls to Snapdeal since then & all they say is that they are investigating.

The last agent told me that they are investigating and will send me the monitor. But there are no timelines. I am surprised with Snapdeal & very unhappy with the way Snapdeal is treating me after taking money for the complete order. Its very surprising that they have not even spoken about replacement or compensation of the damaged product.
