In which card we can get free lounge access without spending quarterly or monthy limit?

most of the cards are now devalued and requires spending limit monthly or quarterly to use free lounge access. What are the options now? Please suggest LTF cards

HDFC easyshop platinum debit card. (Visa Network) spending quarterly only 5,000/-
you may try Other Bank's Platinum Rupay Debit card. They should be without any spending criteria.
