IMPS surname showing twice

Ok, I'm having weird glitch in my Punjab National Bank account and PNB one app.
Let's say my name is Arun Roy.
Whenever I'm sending money using NEFT or UPI it's showing to the payee's account as "Arun Roy".
But when I'm choosing IMPS it's showing to the payee's account as "Arun Roy Roy"
Even when I'm opening PNB One app it shows "Arun Roy Roy".
I know it's not a major issue, still it's weird and irritating to me.
Did anyone face or do know why is this happening?

I have same issue with icici. Both my first name and last name appears twice.
