Important Update regarding Rewards Program on your IndusInd Bank Credit Card

Already they have horrible Rewards system and they want to revise it now. Good decision to reduce the customers. 

Premium Cards Pinnalce/Legend provide 2% cashback but normal cards like Flipkart/Ace provide 2% cashback. So nothing excellent from Indus Ind.

Saw this on my recent statement on Feb 3rd but no complete info yet.

Do they still allow statement credit by calling customer care? Minimum points required – 500?

is the points devaluation also happening for iconia amex card too?

Indusind bank has reduced its cash valuation from 1 rs to 0.75 paisa for 1 reward points from 15th march. So now Pinnacle card cashback will be 1.875% instead of 2.5% for online transactions

When I received Pinnacle, it was in their super premium catagory, now its devalued a lot. I paid 25k+gst without any voucher at that time

Are they giving reward points for paytm rent pay for legend card

From 1^st March 2024, the value of non-cash redemption (excluding airmiles) will be 1 RP = Rs.0.75

From 1^st March 2024, the value of cash redemption will be 1 RP = Rs.0.50
