If we cancel partial amzn orders above Rs499, is delivery adjusted from cashback or we get items in free delivery?
I want to save delivery on Rs170 item, so using this trick. Is it working now or do they adjust cashback now? I haven't tried it since.

The part about the cashback, at-least.
If item/s is/are shipped, then the payable price gets locked, whether prepaid or pay on delivery.
If i order 3 different items to breach the ₹499 threshold and cancel two items, while the main/item that i need has not entered the stage where item is already pucked by the 'picker' (in the warehouse)
then the system will add the complete charges to that item.<br>
(For example, internally the system was previously adding X, Y and Z shipping charges to item 1, 2 and 3. Then 'reversing' the chRges as part of a promotion. Then if only item 1 is shipped and item 2, 3 are cancelled.. before item1 ships, then system will add ₹40 or whatever.)
Even if the intial order confirmation e-mail showed 'zero' shupping charges, the system will nullify the promotion.
To avoid shipping charges for FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) items still is 'child's play' even today.
Many methods, but just two for brevity.
One method is to add item/s of totally unrelated category in the same cart.
(For example: i simply go to the pharmacy section, filter by 'prescription' medicines. Choose the most obscure ne that I find. Then add it to my cart and proceed to checkout.
System always alerts to either upload a prescription or to consent to a call from the call centre/doctors of https://letsdoc.in
This is for the 'so called' on-call consultation and prescription.
This way, the system now 'splits' each category or each item into a u ique order number, even if i paid it as a single checkout transaction.
I do this after 8p.m. and the fake doctors cannot call me till the morning at-least, as per their SOPs.
Even when those calls from 040 (hyd) or 080 (Bengaluru) cone.. i avoid them on all of next day.
Often, by then the items that are to be despatched from among warehouse.. do get shipped, unless there was waiting time.)
Usually, the items where the listing says 'packing might reveal what is inside'
are shipped directly from the manufacturers, vendors.
Like a 5 litre pressure cooker or bicycle may not be i Amazon's FC (fulfilment centre).
Medicines too are shipped from Apollo or other seller's own office.
This way, if one has to order Vim liquid gel and one adds medicines or printer paper or mid-range dress/ children's clothes..
... then high chances of the Vim getting shipped independently and one can request stop shipment on the other items or refuse them on delivery.
Second methid is even less risky.
Via google or via Amazon.. looking up items with wwird names like 'test ASIN', 'UAT test'.

These are dummy listings that vendors of sellers or sellers create for trial and error.

At-most, in case of a prepaid order, money gets stuck for a while.
But nothing much to worry.
I do not do these things but when they relisted some fake listings, out of the pressure of seller teams.. i once created 39 such orders in a month. Half of them prepaid.
Some of those orders are still stuck after 3 years.
Even ECR could not do much about them. So they just gace 500₹ token of apology every tume, apaRt from manually adding a GC of refund.
(once every 5-6 months i would reach out to ECR and only talk of 4 or 5 orders. They would add the refund of those 4-5 orders and aak me to accept ₹500.

Make COD and then cancel, don't do repeatedly else you will be blacklisted

for flipkart let say if i use bank 10% offer and order , later if order value due to refund / cancellation drops below mim order value will flipkart take back 10% off ?
