Recently I am getting so many call for Credit Card. I just want to know what are the good to have card in portfolio if they come with no to small fees.
Currently have Hdfc Millenia and Tata Neu.

Yes, if you have a limited usage.
Among few cards which give cashback on almost all transactions.
Only drawback limit of inr 1000 cashback each month

1) get SBI Cashback Card (best card for now, ALL ROUNDER IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE IT)
2) get Axis Airtel Card (best card for airtel users)
3) get Axis Neo Card (for the sake of free Rupay offers as its LTF, if not LTF dont get it)
4) get SBI Pulse Card (if you are RETAIL hotel spender / RETAIL medical shop spender)
5) get HSBC Cashback card (not easy to get for self employed but good RETAIL grocery card, RETAIL HOTEL)
6) get IDFC First Power Plus card (good for HPCL and RETAIL GROCERY or UTILITIES)
7) get Axis Ace Card (for misc RETAILS PURCHASE as it gives 1.5% on any retail)
8) get IDFC First WOW FD card (0% forex)
9) get RBL Shoprite (good grocery card)
thats all i can remember now:) but check some of my posts which i have already it has some good suggestions:) from many people
these are the easy to get card list in mid tire and basic cards:)
Side note: ALMOST ALL OR MOST OF THE premium cards are good:) but sadly renewal fee for premium cards and HARD TO GET NATURE OF IT makes those premium card not mentioned in my comment:)

Any cheaper charge based or free credit cards that allow a family of 4 adults and 2 kids to the international lounge couple of times in the same month?
Only myself can apply for the main credit card for the rest I can apply add on cards if required.

Check SBI Card list, it has some good offers, i dont think any spend criteria is there for lounge access in SBI Cards (i maybe wrong) but check it
