If Annual Fees deducted from card and after that in Same month I request for closure will I have to pay the deducted amount?

It varies bank to bank and has no standard rules regarding that. Generally they tell you to make payment as closure request can't be taken unless outstanding on card is zero but upon requesting they may reverse the amount and close the card.

If no transactions made after posting the fee then mostly all banks reverse the fee on request during closure.
