I was the one to post it first on DesiDime. They are great.
If you are a student, you may start with KZ EDX PRO/PRO X from headphone zone/audiostore.in/concept kart.
If you are working and rich, you may buy Truthear Hexa.
If you are working and upper middle class, you may buy Kiwi Ears Cadenza.
If you have a budget of 2000, you may buy Moondrop Chu II.
Very soon, you'd understand how awful TWS etc are and once you have heard the good audio quality, there is no going back.

So
1) Look at the Frequency Response Graph or atleast see if it's has
V- Shaped tuning, Neutral Tuning, balanced, Flat etc.
2) Look at the IEMs of that tuning in different price range. Choose what best suites you.
Like if want a Balanced IEM under 2k moondrop Chu and Chu-2 , Holaboth are good options. I own Chu.
If you want V-shaped sound under 1000 then KZ EDX PRO X is a good option.
If want a vocal focused balanced neutral IEM with great fit and comfort Final audio E500 is a good option under 1500
3) One of the Most important aspect people don't consider Fit and comfort wearing the IEMs.
There are lot more things to consider.
............
OP @Mumbhai there are IEMs which are so good they can easily compete with consumer headphones and earphones that costs 5-10 times of their price. Not every IEM is great, not even good. Do your own research
I have tried many IEMs in the past starting from Brainwavz M1, Vsonic VC02, HiFiMAN RE-400,MEE Electronics (MEE Audio) etc, they all sounded nice (I mostly buy balanced IEMs without bass) but they weren't as durable as the normal consumer earphones. The cable got damaged even with minimal usage sooner. I switched back to wireless Bluetooth earbuds though the sound quality is compromised, it definitely lasts longer.
NB: HiFiMAN RE-400 is the best ever earphones I have ever used, but its build quality is horrible.
This might not be applicable these days when everything in IEMs have become modular. And I agree that sometimes, like during calls video calls, using an IEM does not make any sense and you'd not like to be tethered to your phone. And if you are using the same phone to switch between calls and music, naturally you'd continue using Bluetooth headsets.
But when you are back home or in the weekend and want to purely listen to music, IEMs may be a good choice. Because unlike over ear headphones where you need to fork out 25000 inr to get a decent sound quality, you can get much better quality of sound at measly 1000 bucks.
Also, to be perfectly honest, BBK group: OnePlus, Realme make very good sounding neckband and TWS. The treble used to be rolled off after 8KHz but these days they added a 6 mm tweeter over 10-13 mm dynamic driver which improved sound quality a lot. Realme Buds Air 5 Pro and 6 Pro at 5k are almost 70% as good as beginner IEMs. I think it's the limitation of Bluetooth that they can't offer better resolution.
