My friend has IDFC First Select account for more than 2 years he maintained good balance and fds and I already have 4-5 Credit card yet IDFC not issueing a credit card to him they only offer wow card.

idfc dont give credit card on tier 2 cities, I was also not getting any idfc credit card for 2 years, once tried with Bangalore pincode and I got wealth credit card pre approved.

same problem with me,
i am having 5-6 idfc cibil enquiry with a gap of 3-4 months, now i have decided i won't apply anymore.

ya i also face kinda same so took wow FD card and still waiting for when they will allow me for next IDFC credit card

What is his CIBIL? is he salaried you need to wait at least 4 years in some cases. Having select account is not enough to give a credit card. IDFC is not issuing CC so easy these days they got enough card holders I guess. Also bank offers are not much.
Your friend has FD you have 4-5 credit cards?
