Idfc first select welcome kit

I've just been upgraded to idfc first select.
Bank customer care had informed they currently don't have the proper welcome kit box so if I'm in a hurry they could send welcome kit in envelope & that it would contain all items included in box.
On me stating I'm not in a hurry & would wait for proper welcome kit box they assured that I would not be sent envelope & they'd expedite box
But lo & behold I was sent envelope
I have seen multiple customers sharing the proper welcome kit they received.
Is there something that can be done?

secondly, what is the problem statement you are trying to highlight ?
Request is all that can be done that too with CS to send you box.
Don't forget to post unboxing video whenever you receive it.
And needless to mention that you must share process of upgrade.

Why is everyone treating it as if being upgraded to select is a elusive thing?
I was offered select last year but I didn't proceed through link.
All of a sudden I had a significant amex 2.27 lac bill to pay & so saw select debit card gives more points.
Then I mailed idfc why I don't have select card if I'm select & they quickly branch sent me link to give consent.
Upgraded on 12 & got kit on 19 Feb & felt humiliated seeing envelope
I'm feeling extremely bitter at being treated like 2nd class citizen by bank
I have also received the welcome kit on the envelope only.
Although the bank did wrong PRESENTATION here...but Do you really want the bank reps to come to your house and do your massage and say "jahanpanah..tohfa kabul Karo"? 
chill bro..it's just a type of bank account and debit card..bank will still do the same business with you like others..
Actually when I got a callback on 12 Feb from branch manager the 1st thing he said to assuage me is "I'm asking a lady who handles select account to call you back"
who uses debit card beside for ATM?
and here I got upgraded to idfc wealth and they never sent me a debit card also😄. Finally, I blocked my debit card and then a wealth debit card was issued on my name.
What's the extra benefit of wealth over select?
What debit card did they issue for wealth?
Is someone eligible for the upgrade if he is holding an IDFC select credit card?

What is that you are missing here ? As long as you got the contents, the package should not matter.
