IDFC DC Reward points not getting credited?

For normal transactions IDFC DC Reward points are not getting credited for me since last 10-12 days.
Anyone else getting it?

In my case, it's been 14 days also but no points credited. They created a lame reward system really. So many issues and so slow to credit.

same bro. from what i have enquired nobody has got any rp even for genuine spends after 4th Nov. we can’t even raise a complaint at IDFC because technically we need to pay for 14 working days for the rp to be credited.
