Yes and they are very much annoying. They go to your home and ask irrelevant questions. They visit home without your presence and ask idiotic questions to your family members even neighbours too! First they kept calling me everyday to get their ltf card, i applied and showed me 70k limit. But after this drama of home verification they declined the application I will never apply their card if they offer extra cashback too

Office verification may or may not happen but they do home verification in almost every case if offer is not pre-approved. In my case the agent was sensible and polite, didn't do much drama and card was approved next day after agent visit.

For me vkc , no agent visit. This was about 7 months ago

My PAN picture was not good still they approved no home/office visit this was 2 yrs back.

Be aware of 2 terms:

1) pre-qualified : means full scrutiny, verification as per posts above

2) pre-approved.: means you have an account, they will show offer in app, you apply nd get it.

My yesterday's experience, they will call you as soon as you begin with application and see cards you are entitled for. Fully tryto convince to apply from their link which they will email you .

my perception: i found cards offered are useless, doesn't worth wasting cibil enquiry.

Preffered to wait for new card offer from other classy top-notch issuers. Probably before diwali get one useful.
