if you are looking for petrol card then power+ HPCL card is good I think, but if you are getting it for grocery/utility it has capping of only Rs.2000 per month / 400 points per month (including utility)
if you are looking for fuel then good (otherwise not a good card)

SWYP may be good for looting IRCTC lounge 12 times a year if they don't close existing card.
