Gem series card above coral are only issued ltf to existing icici bank acc customers as far as I know so assuming you have icici bank acc & the linked number is same as linked to paytm then only you have a realistic chance else most likely it is just some paytm offer glitch.

Paytm was showing HDFC Freedom Rupay and IndianOil RBL as LTF but now Paid.

What I feel all icici cards are waste, only good card is Amazon icici ..

They gave rbl shoprite ltf offers some months back and it was indeed ltf... I too got it as ltf.... 

Yes its LTF with high probability of approval a friend got but the reward rate is poor for this card.
